Steve Jobs has announced that the iTunes music store still holds a commanding lead in the digital marketing landscape.

Aspyr Media, Inc. today announced they are set to begin shipping The Sims 2 for Mac, and they expect the title on retail shelves nationwide by June 17, 2005. Electronic Arts' award-winning and critically-acclaimed The Sims 2 is the sequel to the best selling The Sims. Fans were instantly taken with the game's advanced gameplay mechanics and endless creative possibilities. The Sims 2 was developed for the Mac by Aspyr Studios, Aspyr's internal development team, under license from Electronic Arts.

Digital Lifestyle Outfitters (DLO) today introduced the DLO Flexible Dock for iPod shuffle. The DLO Flexible Dock is a 7-inch adjustable USB dock that allows an iPod shuffle to connect to any computer, especially those with recessed or closely spaced USB ports. It also positions a USB port to easily charge and sync an iPod shuffle, instead of having to reach around the back of the computer to do so.

Steve Jobs has officially announced support for Podcasting in iTunes 4.9. More: A podcasting directory will be built into the iTunes music store.
