gMailContacts uploads the E-Mail addresses from your Mac OS X Address Book to any Gmail account.

The procedure couldn't be simpler:
* Enter your Gmail account name and password - optionally select the Address Book group you want to upload.
Click "Upload".
* Step 1 is only required once

If you also want to have the phone numbers and the postal addresses online, you can purchase an upgrade.

Uploading names and the primary E-Mail address is a free feature.

For uploading postal addresses and phone numbers, "Upgrade" in the application.
