In his latest Less Tangible on MacOpinion, Marc Zeedar says:

Business, of course, is all about providing something the customer wants. If you produce a product or service the customer needs or wants, the customer will pay for it, and you'll become wealthy. The tricky parts are figuring out what customers want and actually providing it.
That's where my little secret comes into being. I have got the secret to figuring out what customers want.
