Zevrix Announces Availability of BatchOutput for Microsoft Office

Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput PPT 1.0, the last component of its BatchOutput suite of solutions for Microsoft Office. BatchOutput is designed to dramatically increase productivity in high-volume office environments through automation of printing and PDF output on Mac OS X. BatchOutput, which has gained its popularity in professional publishing as an Adobe InDesign plug-in, prints or outputs files to PDF automatically - whether it's a few documents or hundreds of them.
Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput PPT 1.0 for Microsoft PowerPoint, the last component of its robust suite of output solutions for Microsoft Office on Mac OS X. BatchOutput provides advanced solutions for demanding enterprise and office publishing environments through automation of printing and PDF output.
BatchOutput PPT is a new addition to the Zevrix BatchOutput family of products. BatchOutput is also available for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe InDesign. With BatchOutput, users only need to select the files they wish to output and adjust the settings, and BatchOutput will do the rest automatically. And because BatchOutput can run in the background, it enables users to output large print jobs efficiently without monopolizing a workstation.
Here are the key benefits and features the BatchOutput software suite delivers: - Automate output from Microsoft Office applications without the need to open each document manually. - Automate output to PDF with virtual printers such as Adobe PDF, CUPS-PDF and others. - E-mail, fax, and output multiple documents to other formats using specialized virtual printers. - Use the same familiar settings from the application Print dialog. - Easily add files to the BatchOutput queue from the system dialog or by drag-and-drop from Finder.
BatchOutput also provides detailed status report during the processing and features an interactive file list with the options to open files in their original application and reveal them in Finder.
The BatchOutput for Microsoft Office software suite consists of BatchOutput DOC, BatchOutput XLS and BatchOutput PPT for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint respectively.
