Users of Elgato's EyeTV will soon be seeing a minor update to v3.0.2. The updates will vary ased on region, but users in the U.S. will benefit from Closed Caption support in QuickTime Exports.

Elsewhere, users in Sweden will gain an Electronic Programming Guide, and there is now full support for H.264 broadcasts. The H.264 format is used in Norway, New Zealand and, soon, in the U.K. with the launch of Freesat.

Many other small enhancements will be included, such as a new Unwatched Recordings badge and improved on-screen menus. Also, a number of bug fixed included are included.

The update will go live very shortly, and users will get an Auto Update message the next time they launch the application.
