832 Skype, a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) program has been released as a 1.0(.0.0) program
for Mac OS X 10.3. The program allows computers users to talk to each other for free over an internet connection. In addition, users can purchase "credits" from Skype to call people on standard phones, or use text chat and share files like a standard chat application.
Skype is also available for Windows, Pocket PC, and Linux. The program is available for downloading now. A free registration is required.
