System requirements:
OnyX is an application which works with all Macintosh Intel computers running Mac OS X version 10.6 (Snow Leopard). To use OnyX correctly, it must be run from an admin account.
OnyX is also available for Mac OS X 10.5 (OnyX for Léopard), for Mac OS X 10.4 (OnyX for Tiger), Mac OS X 10.3 (OnyX for Panther) and Mac OS X 10.2 (OnyX for Jaguar).

OnyX 2.0 is an Universal Binary application and works with all Macintosh PowerPC and Intel computers running Mac OS X 10.5 or later (Leopard).
