With a focus on ease-of-use, users may select foods from the applications database and add them to breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacking categories. Depending on his/her selection, Calories then automatically calculates and displays the total consumption of calories, carbs, fat and proteins for the whole day, or for one of the categories.
In addition to calories, carbs, fat and protein, the application calculates and displays more than 40 nutrients; minerals and ingredients like Alcohol, Zink, Vitamins, etc. Calories also offers simple reporting functionality. The user may switch to reporting mode with the option to display reports for the day, week, month or year.
