Law and Order: Dead on the Money 1.0.1 Game Released
Law & Order: Dead on the Money is an exciting 3D game based on an original, complex murder case created exclusively by a Law & Order television writer. You'll step into the dramatic world of criminal investigation when you're called to a crime scene in Manhattan's Central Park. You and your partner, Detective Lennie Briscoe (actual voice of Jerry Orbach), will work to uncover the identity of the victim, gather evidence, track down witnesses, and identify viable suspects. Once you've got enough evidence to make an arrest, your supervisor, Lieutenant Anita Van Buren (actual voice of S. Epatha Merkerson), will sign off on your warrant. Once you've got the killer in custody, the focus shifts to criminal courts. You'll work with Assistant District Attorney, Serena Southerlyn (actual voice of Elisabeth Röhm), to build a compelling case that will convince the jury to return a guilty verdict and convict the defendant.
Features:
You and your partner, Detective Lennie Briscoe, arrive at the crime scene. Scour the entire area for clues and collect all the relevant evidence.
Use the map of Manhattan to get around town. Throughout your investigation, additional locations will appear on the map as you develop new leads.
Youll encounter many witnesses during our investigation. Pull out your notepad and fire away with your questions. Ask the right questions; get closer to the truth. Ask too many wrong questions, and its back to square one.
Evidence and witness testimony you collect will appear in your Case File. Use the forms to order a lab test, surveillance, background checks or a psychiatric evaluation. You can also request search warrants and arrest warrants.
When the results are in, youll want to talk with the lab tech to get the low-down on the reports. Youll need to take advantage of all your support staff to crack this case.
Submit your arrest warrant and back it up with supporting evidence before youre thrown off the case. If Lt. Van Buren agrees, you and Briscoe will pay the perp a visit and snap on the cuffs.

Elite 8.0 Flight Simulator Designed For Accurate IFR Simulations
ELITE's precise aerodynamic flight modeling assures that each aircraft's flight characteristics are predictable and expected. You shouldn't have to divert your attention by reacting to unexpected flight characteristics when you have other tasks to focus on. That is why ELITE has painstakingly made every effort to create the most accurate flight models available. ELITE combines aircraft known "book" data with data collected from actual aircraft flight tests to form the foundation of each flight model. The lengthy design process yields an acceptable flight model algorithm (the software instructions that define how the aircraft flies) only after numerous cycles of testing, refinement, and re-testing. After all, the aircraft should fly like an aircraft. You'll find no surprises here.

Calypso's Patent Could Have an Immediate Impact on the Way OEMs Do Business
Calypso Wireless, Inc. has announced that it is in the process of contacting all major OEMs in the wireless industry to notify them of the patent that could have a significant and immediate impact on the development of the industry, as well as major implications on the way OEM's such as Nokia , Ericsson and Motorola do business. Last week, Calypso Wireless announced it had been granted U.S. Patent #6,680,923 titled "Communication system and method", which covers the seamless roaming of voice, video and data between Wide Area Network access points, such as cellular towers (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA, WCMDA etc.) and short-range Internet access points (such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.). Calypso Wireless is already in negotiations with a major OEM manufacturer to license its ASNAP(TM) technology. Due to the patent, even those OEM manufacturers that don't wish to license Calypso's technology at the time, but plan to create wireless devices that roam seamlessly between these networks, will have to obtain rights from Calypso Wireless.
Calypso's patented technology enables mobile users to seamlessly switch between cellular and wireless IP networks via the WLAN, accelerating wireless broadband deployment. The technology could also provide significant savings to mobile carriers in additional frequency spectrum and infrastructure equipment by offloading capacity to the WLAN and IP networks while providing additional sources of revenues. Internet-ready devices, including wireless cellular phones, PDA's and notebooks - can seamlessly connect to either the mobile carriers cellular phone network or any wireless LAN, such as 802.11x (Wi-Fi). In other words, global connectivity of voice, video and data will be done through the most efficient connection point, at a lower cost to both the mobile carrier and the consumer.
"Our technology could dramatically boost overall wireless handset sales, and change the industry's growth projections globally. We believe that when consumers will be given an opportunity to connect at a speed of up to 11,000 Kbps (11Mbps) so that they will be able to watch DVD-quality movies or perform movie-quality, real-time video conferencing, they will use it. By teaming up with us, OEMs will now be able to manufacture and market such devices and dramatically boost their sales," says David Davila, President & CEO of Calypso Wireless.
