MacSoft announced today the release of an OS X update for Zoo Tycoon 2. Update v1.0.1 addresses issues with the PowerBook Trackpad. Recent model Apple PowerBooks and iBooks with the new multi-touch Trackpad controllers would randomly crash due to a bug in the game's Carbon Event processing subsystem. Users not experiencing this issue will not need this update.
