Granted, I'm not entirely sure why you'd want to do this, beyond an intellectual exercise, but, there you are. The project claims that you can run both Linux and the Apple iPod firmware. There's currently not a whole heck of a lot of software available, of course, but you can get the Ogg audio format working which should please the Slashdot crowd no end.
