KeyRemap4MacBook 5.0 Apple Notebook Keyboard Remapper
This is a very powerful keyboard remapper for Mac OS X.
Not to mention the change of simple key remap, it has the special remapping like Emacs-mode, SandS-mode (Space and Shift).

enter --> command
optionR --> enter
swap escape & tilde.
control+M --> return (universal Emacs-mode)
space --> shift (SandS)
drop shift+F1 .. shift+F12 (prevent to slow down expose)
