Press release edited by Applelinks senior editor Kirk Hiner
On February 8th, Realmac Software is going to be demoing RapidWeaver at the Apple Store in Regent Street, London. They have an hour slot in the theater from 7:00 till 8:00pm. Along with the demo, they'll be looking at how RapidWeaver compares to iWeb and taking a sneak peak at the forthcoming version (v3.5).
Users won't go away empty handed from the demo, as Realmac has plenty of free swag to give away, including limited edition stickers, discount vouchers, badges and CDs.
More information on the event can be found at the Realmac Software website.

That’s really big of Apple to let a maker of a competing product have time in their store to demo it. I have both applications, and while I find iWeb does some things really well (like WYSIWYG/object oriented page editing), it’s not yet a mature enough product to compete with RapidWeaver. If anyone’s interested, I recently reviewed iWeb on my RapidWeaver-created blog: http://homepage.mac.com/rmansfield/thislamp/index.html#unique-entry-id-233
