If you encounter the alert
The document filename.qb2007 could not be opened. Your company file is locked or read-only. Please unlock it before making changes
You may need to have your system administrator update the permissions on your company file.
Accessing a QuickBooks Mac company file that is located on a Windows network server is not supported at this time.
