Uses continuous compounding to calculate the present or future value of your house, based on your estimate of the rate of price rises in your area.

Enter any values from the keyboard or use the convenient sliders. Purchase dates to 50 years in the past and calculation dates to 50 years into the future give a total time span up to 100 years. Instant readout of new calculated value.

Note that this widget should not be used to calculate e.g. savings, as these are typically only compounded monthly or quarterly.
