Have a look around the cockpit of the Concorde

779 Here's a fun little site: The National Air and Space Museum at the Smithsonian Institute has several QTVR movies up, including the cockpit of the Concorde. And unlike most QTVRs I've seen, this one has good resolution even if you zoom in, allowing you to get a closer look at the controls of the plane.

There's more: you can also get behind the stick of a Monocoup 100, or play with a model of that craft and the J3 Cub.

Best of all, since they're not actually flight simulators, you don't have to worry about crashing every three seconds. Like I always do.

Bill's been using Macs since the late 80s. When he's not making smartass remarks to amuse Kirk Hiner, he enjoys fighting for the user.

If you have Quicktime Pro, you can save the file and then make it full screen. Pretty cool!
