Freeverse has their game on. Do you? While most of us sit idle as we wait for the iPhone software development kit (SDK) announcement, Freeverse has been locked away in their secret laboratory, hatching schemes and conducting experiments that would shock and terrify the common man. The result of their labor? Flick Sports. As Brian Akaka, marketing director at Freeverse, says, "Think Wii Sports, but no broken TVs."
Obviously, without the SDK, there's not a whole lot Freeverse has available to show. But below are mockups of the games, which will include soccer, bowling, golf and baseball, to start.

Each of the games will be controlled via the iPhone's flick/pinch feature. They are also working on Flick Sports: Moto Racing, in which you control your motorcycle by tilting your iPhone.

In addition to Flick Sports, Freeverse mentions having other ideas they're "keeping under wraps for a while." We'll just have to speculate on those, but I wouldn't be surprised to see some of their popular Mac titles work their over to the iPhone, either as full games or as another level of integration with the Macintosh versions.
In the meantime, Freeverse plans to release Flick Sports and Flick Sports: Moto Racing for the iPhone ASAP. Or, more accurately, OWGOHOASDK ("Once we get our hands on an [iPhone] SDK."
