Today's featured download from Archive.org is fun little noir spoof called My Favorite Brunette. In it, Hope plays a baby photographer who gets in over his head--way over his head--when he decides to impersonate his Private Eye neighbor. Of course, you couldn't really blame him when the client is Dorothy Lamour.



Soon Hope is framed for murder, trying to prove his innocence while on the run from the police. Meanwhile, he's got to contend with the likes of Lon Cheney, Jr. and Peter Lorre. And guess what? Peter Lorre plays a psycho!



The film is available in a variety of sizes and streams, and, as usual, Archive.org is reserving no rights on this download.
