Press release edited by Applelinks senior editor Kirk Hiner

Version 1.1 of the free Boinx Mouseposé adds AppleScript support which enables interoperability with a broad range of remote control devices such as bluetooth enabled mobile phones (with Salling Clicker) and Keyboard Macro tools. It even allows you to use Mac OS X speech recognition. Mouseposé highlights the mouse pointer when you press a hotkey by placing a halo effect on the area surrounding it.

"We thought Mouseposé would be cool little tool for people doing
trainings and presentations," said Oliver Breidenbach, Boinx Software
spokesman, "but apparently a lot more people like it." Boinx Mouseposé
is currently the most popular download at Apple's Mac OS X Productivity Tools download section.

Version 1.1 adds a couple of AppleScript commands that let you set the color, size and opacity of the effect, as well as turn on the time out feature and set the duration. Using AppleScript, you can now turn Mouseposé on and off using a large variety of remote control tools such as bluetooth enabled mobile phones with Salling Clicker, Keyboard Macro packages or even the Mac OS X speech recognition.

Boinx Mouseposé 1.1 is available for download immediately. It requires a free license key for full functionality which can be requested at the same location and will be e-mailed immediately.
