choosefile.com announces WindowsUpdater for Mac OS X
Press release edited by Applelinks senior editor Kirk Hiner
choosefile.com has announced the release of WindowsUpdater for Mac OS X 10.3 or higher. This small, floating palette automatically forces the refresh of the Finder windows contents. A popup menu lets the user selects the frequency of the automatic refresh. Alternatively, the user can force the refresh simply clicking on the button "Update Windows."
WindowsUpdater is useful whenever the Finder won't update automatically the contents of the windows, or when it delays at updating the windows. As OS X users know, after creating documents like PDF files using Acrobat Distiller or when working as a "control station" of remote file servers, the Finder delays the refresh of the windows contents.
You can learn more about and download WindowsUpdater 1.0 for free (donations are accepted) at choosefile.com.
