995 Agile Web Solutions Inc. has announced 1Password version 2.5.7 - a feature packed upgrade that includes full compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, many new Wallet items, and a plethora of other improvements and new features. This upgrade is free to all 1Password customers.

Many New Wallet Item Types:
1Password 2.5 added a new Wallet feature for storing your confidential information and other information you carry with you such as Credit Cards. 1Password 2.5.7 expands the Wallet to include these new types: Email Accounts, Instant Messengers, FTP, .Mac, Amazon S3, ISP, Passport, Driver License, Hunting License, AirPort Extreme, Bank accounts, and MySQL database information.

Enhanced Search Options:
New extended search options allow selective searching of your information, including by Notes, Username, Password, or Everywhere.

New Import Assistant:
A new Import Assistant adds support for more Import options, including eWallet, as well as the ability to select the encoding format of the incoming file.

New Automatic Backup System:
This release adds a completely new, more reliable, and fully configurable automatic backup system. The backup system can now be customized in the 1Password Preferences.

Improved Upgrade Process
The automatic update system no longer requires browsers to be closed before starting the upgrade process, making installing upgrades simpler and more intuitive.

Configurable Restore Form Shortcut
New in this release is a preference for customizing the Restore Form keyboard shortcut in Safari, OmniWeb, DEVONagent and WebKit.
