Common problems when trying to un-subscribe:

Wrong Email Address.
Your email address is not listed in our database. This may be because you might have subscribed to the list with an email address other than the one you are trying to un-subscribe with. Try to un-subscribe all your known email addresses before contacting us.

You Missed the "Confirmation Request"
When you un-subscribe from a list you will be sent a "Confirmation Request" email. This email is sent to double check that you really want to be removed from the list. This is done so that someone else does not submit your email address to be un-subscribed without your consent. When you receive the Confirmation Request all you need to do is reply to the email and you will be removed from the list.

To change Your Email Address

You must un-subscribe the address you no longer use and then re-subscribe with your new email address.
