DUBUQUE,
IOWA
Page Two!
Getting cold yet? This ought to do it. This block
is about where the Nikon started letting me know in
no uncertain terms that zero degree weather was not
its favorite environment.
Closeup of the
icicles on the house in the preceding picture! I
have to think this is not good for the roof, the
gutter, or the homeowner's sanity. I wonder also
what it's like to look out through
these.
A
change of pace, and I like this one for some
reason: an average middle-class American kitchen
table a few nights before Christmas (picture taken
during dining room cleanup). It's just, so. .
.normal.
Not a bad thing at all! :-)

Finally, this
is how you walk the dog when it's this cold: you
let her out the ground floor window on a long
leash! Pretty darn smart, I'd say. The whole
process takes less than 5 minutes and you don't
even have to put on your coat.
That's it for
me this year: Feliz
Navidad, y'all! --
