Garbage Man 1.0 Reports Trash Size, Number Of Files, Empties Trash [OS X up] Garbage Man is a small application the enhances Mac OS X's Trash. In previous Mac operating systems (Mac OS 9) emptying the trash would yield a dialog box telling me how many items and how much data was stored in the trash. Effectivley it would tell me how much space I would be getting back by emptying the trash. This feature is annoyingly absent in Mac OS X so I decided to make a fix. Double-clicking this program with tell you how many files are in your trash and how much space they take up. It will also give you the option of emptying the trash.
