This is actually great fun: at the moment we're covering this and fielding emails from Asia, Amsterdam, and Denver. Feels like the old days, before corporations took over the Internet. Oops, here comes another bulletin from our German Mac friends ... Phooey, Jobs is still playing with the Panther Finder. Of course, since we didn't pay close enough attention in the past, it's possible he's talking about a previously-unannounced feature. Isn't this informative? "REAL-TIME, folks!" Oh Lord, it's 2:44 a.m. Help. More demos and videos. The reader in Massachusetts who should definitely be sleeping is having a hissy fit because we can't tell him about any new hardware yet: The wait is killing me, especially because I am interested in buying this new product... "This new product ... " What new product?! 2:48 a.m. -- Jobs is scrolling through a massive PDF. The crowd goes wild. Hey, a reader in California, where the night is young: I'm staying up, too, for solidarity (of course, I'm in California, so it's not that huge a thing!) I've been waiting for this new PB, let's see if it shows up! 2:51 a.m. -- Oh boy, "Fast User Switching mit Passwortschutz." Macworld UK has a funny typo: "Mooving on to Mac OS X ...
