In just a few hours everyone will know whether Steve Jobs has new PowerBooks to show off in Paris. As your editor is something of a night owl, Applelinks will be a great place to get the first word on the subject. Translating Paris time to Eastern Daylight Time gives us a keynote starting at around 4:00 a.m., New York time. We're writing this from New Mexico, which works out to 2:00 a.m. MDT. Most nights we're still up that late, so "the plan" is to scan the Internet between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. to see if we can get the word posted. That way, you'll see everything when you wake up (North American viewers addressed here). We'll give it our best shot, folks. The Internet never sleeps, and tonight, neither will we, until just before dawn.
