Well, here's an interesting way to spend your Labor Day (Stateside, anyway). MacPlay has released the demo for the long awaited (and by long, we mean LONG) Macintosh version of Aliens vs. Predator: Gold Edition.

Having stumbled across this bit of news at VersionTracker, we don't have many details. Macgamer does, however, so head on over for more on the release of the demo, including system requirements. Although they state the demo is available only at GameRanger (which supports the demo for immediate multiplayer action), you can get there through VersionTracker. Be warned; the demo weighs in at a hefty 59.4MB.
