Macworld Expo Action Photos Thursday, July 19, 2001 By Senior Editor John H. Farr  We have incontrovertible evidence that the people who attend Macworld Expo are more exciting than than the oh-so-cautious execs and techies who shared the keynote stage with Big Steve. Herewith some digital proof! These guys are from the Long Island Mac User Group, we're pretty sure. One of them might be wearing an Applelinks T-shirt. They're obviously ecstatic at being present for the biannial Mac fest. They probably also just registered at the Applelinks booth (#1540) for a free iMac and all kinds of other goodies. If you haven't, you'd better get on over there right now! That's where you need to go, where those two guys in the background (Joe Ryan and Kirk Hiner) are grinning at the camera. Sorry, we don't know the names of the lady and the gent to the right, but they also look happy to be standing next to the Ultimate Macintonsh Resource booth. Maybe they're still beaming since they got their iClocks already (see one on the corner of the table?). You'd line up for chance to win a free iMac too, we'll bet.
