AMP3 Simple Freeware MP3 Player Released

AMP3's developer, Perry Fjellman, claims that it incorporates "tons of options that other MP3 players don't have," and it's very small and optimized. Unlike some other MP3 players, AMP3 doesn't require 10MB of RAM and 6MB of Hard Disk space.

Mr. Fjellman says he developed AMP3 because he was sick of the time expiration on Audion, and ad didn't to shell out $20 for an MP3 player, so he wrote one himself. Sounds like the hard way to save twenty bucks, but what do I know?

AMP3Features:
• Seamlessly Drag & Drop.
• Save playlists.
• Start playing songs automatically when opened.
• Open a file that you can use for your default when opened.
• Fade songs out when closed.
• Play songs as they're dropped.
• Automatically play the song you've dropped into the playlist. If you drop a playlist, it will play the first song in the playlist.
• Have the Control Center window can float globally, over everything else. This is handy for hiding the playlist and moving the Control Center window into the corner of the screen for simple control over your songs during the course of your work.

System Requirements:
PowerPC @ 100MHz with at least 2MB RAM (2-3MB recommended). OS8 recommended, "because AMP3 looks like shit on anything less," says Perry Fjellman
